Description
The Piper Aztec Nomad is a six-seat, twin-engine light aircraft produced by Piper Aircraft. It was introduced in 1974 and was in production until 1982. The Piper Aztec was originally designed as a single-engine aircraft, and the Nomad was an upgraded version with two engines. It is powered by two Lycoming IO-540 piston engines and has a cruising speed of around 185 mph. The Nomad is capable of carrying up to 1,200 pounds of cargo or five passengers. The aircraft is primarily used for commercial and private passenger transport, as well as for cargo transport and aerial photography.
