1980 Cessna 414A
Description
The Cessna 414A Chancellor was a light twin-engined civil utility aircraft. It was a pressurised version of the Cessna 411. The 414A was introduced in 1977, replacing the earlier Cessna 414. It was powered by two 250-hp (193-kW) Continental TSIO-520-AB turbocharged engines and featured a number of improvements, including a six-foot longer fuselage, a swept tail, revised wing planform and an improved pressurisation system. It was typically configured to seat six or seven passengers and had an extended range of 1,500 miles (2,400 km). The 414A was in production until 1985, when it was replaced by the Cessna 421 Golden Eagle.
