Description

The Cessna Citation III was introduced in 1984, and is an improved version of the Citation II. It features upgraded avionics, improved cabin comfort, and additional range. The Citation III is powered by two Pratt & Whitney JT15D-5 turbofan engines, capable of producing 2,500 lbf of thrust each. The aircraft can seat up to nine passengers, with a maximum range of 2,250 nautical miles. It has a maximum speed of 544 mph, and a service ceiling of 41,000 feet. It has a maximum take-off weight of 21,000 pounds.
