Description
The Eurocopter Dauphin AS365N-3 is a medium-weight multipurpose helicopter produced by the French manufacturer Eurocopter, formerly known as Aérospatiale. It was first introduced in 2006 as an upgrade to the AS365N2 model. The N-3 features improved flight performance, increased range, and enhanced safety features, such as an additional fuel tank and a reinforced airframe. It is powered by two Turbomeca Arriel 2C2 turboshaft engines, providing a maximum cruising speed of 165 knots (305 km/h). It can accommodate up to 12 passengers and can be used for a variety of missions, including search and rescue, executive transport, law enforcement, and offshore operations.
