Description
The Swearingen SA26-AT Merlin II-B is a light twin-engine business aircraft, designed and built by Swearingen Aircraft. It is a pressurized, all-metal aircraft, with retractable tricycle landing gear. It is powered by two Lycoming TIO-540-A1A turbocharged engines, each producing 300hp. It has a maximum cruise speed of 250 knots (288 mph), a range of 1,000 nautical miles, and a service ceiling of 25,000 feet. The aircraft has seating for up to five passengers, and is capable of operating from most airports. It is certified for single-pilot operation.
