Description

The Cessna Citation 500 Longwing is a light business jet produced by Cessna Aircraft Company. It was the first jet ever produced by Cessna. The aircraft was introduced in 1974 and was the first of the Cessna Citation family. The Citation 500 Longwing is powered by two turbofan engines and has a maximum cruise speed of 435 knots. It has a range of 1,100 nautical miles and can accommodate up to eight passengers. The aircraft is still in production but has been replaced by the Citation XLS as the entry-level model of the Cessna Citation family.
