1974 Twin Commander 690A
Description
The Twin Commander 690A is a six- to nine-seat twin turboprop light business aircraft manufactured by Twin Commander Aircraft and introduced in 1981. It is an updated version of the Twin Commander 680, with increased range and payload. It features a pressurized cabin and two turbo-charged Lycoming TIO-540-A2C engines. The 690A can fly up to a maximum range of 1,400 nautical miles and has a maximum cruise speed of 260 knots. It also features an advanced avionics suite and can be equipped with a variety of optional extras, such as an autopilot and satellite communications system.
