Description
The Piper PA-31-325 Navajo C/R is a single-engine, low-wing, six-seat, light business aircraft. It was originally developed in the mid-1970s from the Piper PA-31-300 Navajo by Piper Aircraft. It was designed as an improved version of the earlier aircraft, offering increased performance and better handling characteristics. The Navajo C/R is powered by a single Lycoming TIO-540-A1A piston engine, which produces 325 horsepower. It has a range of 1,100 nautical miles and is capable of reaching speeds of up to 230 knots. The aircraft has a maximum takeoff weight of 5,400 pounds and a maximum seating capacity of six passengers. The aircraft is equipped with retractable landing gear and can be configured with a variety of optional features, including an autopilot, GPS navigation, and a cabin pressurization system. The Navajo C/R has proved popular with both private and corporate operators and is still in production today.
