1977 Cessna Citation I
Description
The Cessna Citation I is a light business jet developed by the Cessna Aircraft Company. It was the first Citation model and was introduced in March 1977. The Citation I was powered by two Pratt & Whitney JT15D-1 turbofan engines, each rated at 2,700 lbf (12 kN) of thrust. It had a maximum range of 1,300 nmi (2,400 km) and a maximum cruise speed of 380 knots (700 km/h). The Citation I was designed to seat up to seven passengers and had a cabin length of 10 feet (3 m). The aircraft was typically used for executive transport and private travel.
