1966 Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche C used
Description
The Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche C/R was a twin-engine, light aircraft produced by Piper Aircraft from 1966 to 1971. Designed as a more powerful version of the Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche, the C/R featured a pair of 210hp Lycoming IO-360-C1C6 engines with a single-lever power control system. It was capable of a maximum cruise speed of 173mph and a range of 725 miles. The aircraft was designed to be flown by a single pilot and could accommodate up to five passengers. As a result of its higher performance and larger cabin size, the Twin Comanche C/R was popular among private pilots and small aviation businesses. The aircraft was eventually replaced by the Piper PA-44 Seminole in 1971.
