Description
The Hawker 800XP is a midsize business jet produced by Hawker Beechcraft, a subsidiary of Textron Aviation. The aircraft was introduced in 1996 and is based on the earlier Hawker 800A and Hawker 800B. It has a maximum range of 2,557 nautical miles and a maximum cruising speed of 472 knots. The aircraft can carry up to eight passengers and is powered by two Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15D-5 turbofan engines. The Hawker 800XP features a Honeywell Primus 1000 avionics suite, which includes a Flight Management System, enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System, and dual Inertial Reference Systems. The aircraft also features an improved wing design for increased fuel efficiency and greater range. The Hawker 800XP has a cabin length of 17.1 feet, a cabin width of 5.4 feet, and a cabin height of 5.4 feet.
