Description
The Global 5000 is a large-cabin business jet developed by Bombardier Aerospace. It is a derivative of the Global Express, and first flew in 2003. It is powered by two Rolls-Royce BR710 turbofan engines and has a maximum range of 7,400 nautical miles (13,700 km). The aircraft has a maximum cruising speed of Mach 0.89 and can seat up to 17 passengers. It also features a large, comfortable cabin and a fully-equipped galley. The Global 5000 is commonly used for long-distance corporate and executive travel, as well as for medical evacuation and other emergency services.
